Race Schedule: The total distance of the competition is 3,027.3 kilometers, including 1,061.3 kilometers of race distance and 1,966 kilometers of transition distance. A total of 25 intermediate sprint points and 12 uphill points are set up in the 11 race stations.

Teams: 22 participating teams, all composed of professional teams, international teams and national teams.

Number of participants: Approximately 220, including contestants, team leaders and coaches

Individual Awards: Individual Overall Score Champion, Sprint Overall Score Champion, Mountaineering Overall Score Champion, Best Young Athlete, Greater China Overall Score Champion.

This year's race has achieved a historic breakthrough since its establishment. Officially certified by the Union Cyclique Internatione (UCI), all eleven stages of this year's Tour of Poyang Lake have been incorporated into the UCI Asian Tour series, marking an all-round upgrade of the event. Each stage of the Tour of Poyang Lake will offer valuable UCI points to the participants and has become a core event that professional cyclists compete to pursue.

It's the first time to join hands with an African team

This year's Tour of Poyang Lake saw the participation of the African powerhouse, the "May Star" team from Rwanda, for the first time, marking a further enhancement of the event's international influence. It is also a practical measure taken by Jiangxi Province to actively respond to the "Belt and Road Initiative" and promote sports and cultural exchanges.

As a co-construction country of the Belt and Road Initiative, the arrival of Rwanda's sports team demonstrated the cohesion of sports that transcends national boundaries, becoming a vivid microcosm of China-Africa friendly cooperation on the competitive stage, and also showcasing Jiangxi's open and inclusive international image to the world.

This year's Tour of Poyang Lake has established a comprehensive event system featuring "race station linkage, all-age participation, and consistent throughout". This system includes 57 mass activities, such as the cycling orienteering Challenge, the Mass Cycling Experience, the Little Tour of Poyang Lake - Children's Balance Bike, the Youth Cycling Experience Activity, the Thousand-Person Support for the Tour of Poyang Lake - Flag Relay, the Cycling Theme Outdoor Sports Exhibition, and the cycling History Exhibition, etc. It covers various aspects such as professional competitions, mass sports, youth development, and public leisure.

The SanBai Mountains have preserved a relatively well-preserved subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest ecosystem, with a forest coverage rate as high as 98%. The main peak has an altitude of 1,169 meters, with an average temperature of 15.1 degrees Celsius, a frost-free period of 260 days, and an average annual rainfall of 1,680 millimeters. It is very suitable for summer retreat. Take the cable car up the mountain and enjoy the undulating mountain scenery.
